Common questions
What counts as a door?
Every unit you manage: an apartment (occupied or vacant), a single-family home, or an HOA unit. Your bill adjusts automatically as your portfolio changes.
When exactly do I start paying?
On the first rent due date after Taz collects rent for you. Not on your signup date, and not on a countdown. Your bill lands the day your own income does, at $5/door/month (minimum $50/month).
Do my tenants or owners pay anything?
No. Portals for tenants, owners, board members, and vendors are included at no cost to them.
Can I add phone and text messaging?
Yes. AI voice and text are an add-on with a dedicated phone number for your company. Contact us and we'll set it up.
